These terms apply to ticket requests for the MZIKTV event described on this site. Please read them before submitting a request.
Requests, payments, and ticket delivery
Submitting a request and proof of payment does not itself confirm a ticket. Requests remain pending until the organisers verify payment and approve them. Approved tickets are sent to the email address provided with the request.
Ticket validity and entry
Each approved ticket has its own QR code and admits one person once. The QR code is checked against the MZIKTV ticket system and marked as used after a successful scan. A used ticket cannot be scanned again. Keep your ticket and QR code private.
Refunds and cancellations
If the event proceeds as advertised, MZIKTV does not offer voluntary refunds for a buyer's change of plans, inability to attend, or decision not to attend after any withdrawal period required by applicable law has expired. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
If MZIKTV cancels, postpones, or materially changes the event, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable options in accordance with the law.
Guest List availability
Guest List tickets cost 250 MZN and are limited to 150 tickets. Normal Tickets cost 500 MZN. Availability is shown on the ticket request form and may change. A request is subject to payment verification, organiser approval, and ticket availability.
Personal information
The name, WhatsApp number, email address, and payment proof submitted with a request are used to review the request, verify payment, deliver approved tickets, and administer check-in, as explained in the privacy notice on the ticket request form.
